returns & refunds

We happily offer a 14-day return for unused and unwashed products.

Items must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.

All returns can be shipped to:

Please include these items in your return package:

• Your order number
• Which items you are returning
• Original packing slip (if available)

For refunds, we offer cancellations as long as the items have not already been postmarked. Please note, some items may not populate tracking until a few days after they have been shipped.

We are not responsible for products that were shipped to an incorrect/invalid address.

We are not responsible for products that were lost in transit or stolen.
