Returns and Refunds

We happily offer a 14-day return for unused and unwashed products.

Please contact us here to start the process! Please be sure to include in your email these items for the fastest transaction:

  • Your order number
  • Which items you are returning
  • Reason for return

Items must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.

For refunds, we offer cancellations as long as the items have not already been postmarked. Please note, some items may not populate tracking until a few days after they have been shipped.

We are not responsible for products that were shipped to an incorrect/invalid address.

We are not responsible for products that were lost in transit or stolen unless shipping insurance was purchased at checkout.

Shipping insurance can be purchased at checkout, which we offer to customers if the package was lost/stolen, and can be redeemed after 30-60 days. The insurance covers up to $100 value on your order for any items lost, damaged, or stolen during transit.
