Q: Do you ship to my country?
We ship to any country worldwide and gladly offer free shipping!
Q: Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! We love our customers, and part of showing that is offering them exceptional deals from time to time, on top of our already low prices! Make sure to check out our site often, join our rewards program, and follow us on instagram for the newest deals!
Q: Why does shipping say it’s 7-15 days?
ChubbyBubbyBear is committed to keeping our prices affordable for all of our customers, in return, this keeps some of our manufacturers based in Asia, with other warehouses based in the United States. Be patient, your package will be there before you know it!
Q: Where is my tracking number?
Order processing typically takes 1-4 buisness days, but can take up to 8 in some circumstances. If you have still not received a tracking number, it may be that there is no valid email address for the order. Please reach out to us and we'd love to help!
Q: Why do you ship some items in orders separately?
Great question! While we know this is unusual to receive your order in separate packages, it currently is our fastest, and most reliable method for us currently. Many of our products ship from different manufacturers.
Q: My tracking number is not showing up in the link it gave me, what do I do?
Typically, the tracking takes up to 5-10 days to populate the information. If it has not, please reach out to our team to make sure your package will be delivered as expected.
Q: What happens if I don't get my package?
We will offer a full refund to you if we determine the package has been lost in transit to your destination.
Q: What do I do? my package is not updating in the tracking info and I haven't received anything :(
No worries. Some items or packages may take longer than normal to arrive, and may have been delayed at different fulfillment facilities. If your package has not updated in tracking within 10 days, please contact us and we will help you locate the package!
